We purchased an extra large jacket so it would run a little bit big. The person I purchased it for is sick with cancer and can fit a medium. This jacket barely fit him the length is very short in the sleeves are very short. And being that I had it especially made I cannot exchange it. Therefore I will not purchase again they should notify people that the sizes run smaller than normal us sizes it was not an extra large this person is skinny and they can fit a medium and the extra large that I ordered barely fit them and the sleeves are too short!
