     5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order as follows:

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund
  • After 24 hours: A processing fee of up to 50% may apply, depending on production status
  • After 3 days: No cancellation request will be accepted after 3 days

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • The product is not customized or made-to-order

     7. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item due to size or fit:

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days
  • If the sizing issue was due to customer selection and the item matches our size chart, an exchange fee may apply
  • If the sizing error is ours, we’ll cover the exchange at no extra cost
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

     8. Color & Design Disclaimer

Minor color variations may occur due to screen or lighting differences.
If your product looks significantly different from what you expected, contact us within 3 days with photos.
We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and availability.

  • Initial delivery is free for all orders
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item was incorrect or defective
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
